Iberdrola and the Royal Spanish Golf Federation have joined forces to support and provide more opportunities for female golfers. Golf is now part of the Iberdrola Program to Support Women in Sport, an initiative that promotes equality through sport and directly benefits 800,000 athletes across 35 different disciplines.

This union was embodied in a spectacular event held at the National Center in Madrid, which was also attended by figures from other sports such as weightlifter Lydia Valentín or athlete María Vicente and representatives of the Spanish Padel and Cycling Federations, who from this moment on also benefit from the support of Iberdrola.
