Policies for the Federated Member<\/h1>\n\t\t\t\t\t

The RFEG<\/strong> works with Allianz Insurance<\/strong>, providing coverage for the policies attached to the federated members' license.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Federal License Policy<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Every amateur or professional player who is registered with the federation will have an insurance policy to cover accidents that may occur during the sport of golf.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n

The RFEG <\/strong>has renewed with the Insurance Company Allianz Insurance<\/strong> the insurance policies attached to the sports license of the members.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

These insurance policies cover the accidents<\/strong> of the federated (046557680)<\/strong> suffered as a result of practicing sports and civil liability (046540082)<\/strong> that said members cause as a result of said practice. All of this, in accordance with the terms provided for by Royal Decree 849\/1993, of June 4, which determines the minimum benefits of the Compulsory Sports Insurance, as well as Law 50\/1980, on Insurance Contracts.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n

Basque Federation<\/h5>\n\t\t\t\t\t

The Basque Golf Federation, for its members, has contracted its own specific policies (046557671 for accidents and 046538919 for civil liability) with the same coverages and guarantees as those of the RFEG.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n

Buggies<\/h5>\n\t\t\t\t\t

We remind all Golf Clubs\/Courses and federated sports facilities that Civil liability arising from the driving\/use of buggies\/golf carts is NOT included in these policies.,<\/strong> For this reason, we RECOMMEND that those who own, rent or lease them, proceed to subscribe to an INSURANCE POLICY that covers the liability that entails such use.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n

Fraud \/ Statistics<\/h5>\n\t\t\t\t\t

In order to prevent potential fraud that could increase the cost of insurance policies for members, and also for statistical purposes, ALLIANZ will keep a record of the number of claims processed. For this reason, it is MANDATORY FOR GOLF COURSES\/CLUBS AND FEDERATED SPORTS FACILITIES TO KEEP THE PROCESSED REPORTS.,<\/strong> at least during ONE YEAR,<\/strong> after the communication of the same to the insurance company.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t

Please pay special attention to the Action protocols<\/strong> already the Communication parts. <\/strong>Otherwise, Allianz will not cover the insurance.<\/p>\n\t\t
