Specifically, Royal Decree 1591\/1992, of December 23, on Sports Discipline, establishes two distinct procedures depending on:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">\u2013 If they are violations of the rules of the game or competition.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">\u2013 If they are violations of the general sports rules.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">For violations of the rules of the game or competition, the established procedure is the ORDINARY one, whose main function is to ensure the normal development of the competition.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>For violations of general sports rules there is the EXTRAORDINARY procedure, the one used by the Sports Disciplinary Committee of the RFEG for the imposition of sanctions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">This sports disciplinary regime is independent of civil or criminal liability, as well as the regime derived from labor relations, which will be governed by the legislation that corresponds in each case.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\n<\/div>\n<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-item-title\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"accordion-item-title-text\">What are the main types of infractions?<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-item-description\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"accordion-item-description-text\"><div>\n<div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">Sports offenses are classified as very serious, serious, and minor. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">Some of the common, very serious infractions are: <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">\u2013 Physical assaults on judges, referees, coaches, players, managers, other authorities, the public or any other person directly or indirectly related to the development of the game. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">\u2013 Protests, intimidation or collective or tumultuous coercion that prevent the holding of a test or force its suspension. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">\u2013 The blatant disobedience to the orders and instructions issued by judges, referees, coaches, managers and other sports authorities, with contempt for their authority. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">\u2013 Acts of rebellion against the agreements of Federations, Groups, Clubs and other sports authorities. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">\u2013 Acts aimed at predetermining the outcome of a test in a non-sporting manner. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">\u2013 Falsification by a player of the results obtained in the tests by any means, including alteration or manipulation of the results card, as well as the deliberate assistance of any other player to commit such an offense.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">\u2013 The deliberate declaration by an amateur player of a handicap other than his own, in order to obtain a certain classification different from the one that would have corresponded to him in any test and the deliberate help of any player or coach to commit such fault.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">\u2013 Notorious and public acts that undermine sporting dignity or decorum, when they are of particular gravity. Likewise, repeated serious offenses of this nature will be considered a very serious offense. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">\u2013 The non-execution of the resolutions of the Spanish Sports Disciplinary Committee. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">\u2013 Those provided for in article 14.1 of Organic Law 7\/2006, of November 21, on the protection of health and the fight against doping in sport.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">\u2013 Those provided for in article 34 of Law 19\/2007, of July 11, against violence, racism, xenophobia and intolerance in sport.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">Some of the serious infractions are:<br \/>\n\u2013 Insults and offenses against judges, referees, coaches, players, managers and other sports authorities or the public. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">\u2013 Failure to comply with orders and instructions adopted by competent persons and bodies in the exercise of their function, if the act does not constitute a very serious offense. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">\u2013 Uttering words or performing acts that violate the integrity or dignity of persons affiliated with the sports organization or against the public attending a test or competition. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">\u2013 Failure by the Competition Committees to perform the functions assigned to them by the statutory and regulatory rules, provided that it is not classified as a very serious offense.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">\u2013 The manipulation or alteration, either personally or through an intermediary, of sports equipment or materials contrary to the technical rules of each sport. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">\u2013 Giving golf lessons without holding the corresponding valid federation license that enables one to do so. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri\">\u2013 Declaring to be in possession of the federation license when participating in a test, without being registered as a federation member.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p This instrument is a slotted bar, 90 centimeters long, used to roll a ball across a green at a constant and reproducible initial speed. The procedure for its use is regulated by the USGA (United States Golf Association) and consists of several steps:<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">1. Choose an area of the green with a reasonably flat surface<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">2. Hold the Stimpmeter by the grooved side, place the ball in it, and slowly lift it until the ball comes loose and rolls in the direction you&#039;ve chosen. Repeat this procedure with the other two balls. The throwing area is marked with a tee.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">3. A second tee is inserted at the midpoint between the three balls. Therefore, the distance between the two tees would be the measurement of the first set.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">4. Repeat step 2, using the second tee as the starting point and the first tee as the target.
