Pablo Chaves and Carmelo Castillo, president and member of the RFEG Rules Committee, have given separate Training Seminars in the territorial area of La Rioja in order to improve the knowledge and capabilities of the Competition Committees of the Clubs, the members of the Riojan Federation itself and the referees of this Autonomous Community within the framework of the project called 'Prepared for 2019'.

In the first of the Seminars, conducted by Pablo Chaves and Carmelo Castillo, topics related to the procedures of the Competition Committees contemplated in the 2019 Rules were presented.

At the event, attendees received firsthand knowledge of the experience accumulated after almost a year of implementing the 2019 Rules of Golf and how it has affected the development of competitions, all of which is reflected in a manual called "The Committee's Procedures".

Subsequently, Carmelo Castillo gave a seminar to the referees of La Rioja, which is part of the plan to update and disseminate the Rules implemented on January 1, 2019.
