Job description

We are looking for a Caddie Master with a strong service orientation, excellent organizational skills, and a professional attitude to join our hotel/golf course team. This person will be responsible for coordinating daily operations in the teeing area, ensuring a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for players.

Main responsibilities 

. Manage and coordinate tee times and player flow.

. To greet and attend to the players, offering information about the course, rules and conditions of the day.

. Control and assign manual, electric carts and buggies, ensuring their proper basic maintenance.

. Organize and supervise the storage of players' golf bags and belongings.

. Coordinate and supervise the various tasks, assigning services and monitoring their performance.

. Ensure compliance with the pace of play, etiquette and safety rules on the field.

. Report incidents to the maintenance team and collaborate with reception, marshals and other departments.

. Record rentals, incidents and material movements, maintaining an orderly inventory control.

. Represent the hotel/club with a friendly, decisive and service-oriented attitude.

Requirements

. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in sports or golf environments.

. Basic knowledge of the game of golf (rules, dynamics, equipment).

. Organizational skills, proactivity, and the ability to manage dynamic situations.

. Clear communication and professional treatment.

. Availability to work weekends and holidays.

. Valuable: previous experience as a caddie master, marshal or in sports clubs.
