The second edition of the Spanish Individual Cup for Rustic Courses takes place this weekend, October 18th and 19th, at the Villa del Escorial Golf Association (Madrid) with a total of sixty-eight participants from nine clubs. This innovative event, thanks to its high participation and excellent atmosphere, has already proven to be one of the most pleasant surprises of the 2024 calendar.

In this beautiful neighboring course of the Sierra de Guadarrama in Madrid, golfers from the Villa del Escorial Association itself, as well as from the Pozuelo Golf Club, Béjar Golf Club, Navarrevisca Golf Club, Requena Golf Club, La Vereda Golf Club, Hierro 3 Reino de León Sports Golf Club, Espinar Golf Club and Cuesta Blanca Golf Club, compete for the title.

Of particular note is the presence of last year's winner, Tomás Asunción from Béjar, who triumphed with rounds of 62 and 66 strokes on this very course. Asunción was also instrumental in his club's victory in the Spanish Team Championship for Rustic Courses, held in June.

This 2025 Spanish Individual Cup for Rustic Courses is played over 36 holes Stroke Play Scratch on two consecutive days.
