Just two months after its reopening to the public, the Public University of Navarra's Practice Range is once again serving as a true breeding ground for golfers in an environment as important as the university, where the exchange and deepening of values flows with greater intensity.

While awaiting the completion of the Putting Green area – estimated to be in early September – and the official reopening of this public golf facility, the Public University of Navarra's Practice Range offers its users, from Monday to Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., the opportunity to improve their knowledge and skills in this sport.

To access this new sports space, free of charge, you must first download an App and register with the Navarra Golf Federation Club using the link below.

The driving range has thirty-one bays for long game practice and the aforementioned putting green for short game and putting. Its management is directly under the Navarre Golf Federation, which now has a new public facility to add to its existing facilities in Navarre, such as the Lizaso Golf Club, Zuasti, Gorraiz, and the Ulzama Golf Club.

The Navarre Federation has planned introductory courses for those who have never played before, and from September onwards, more introductory, continuation and children's courses will be created.

The course, which first opened in September 2002, had been closed since 2017, but thanks to the joint work of the Navarre Institute of Sport, the Public University of Navarre and the Royal Spanish Golf Federation, it is once again open to anyone who wants to come and learn about this sport.

Nearly 1,300 people, 68,000 balls per month, golf baptisms…

Nearly 1,300 people have already downloaded the app for accessing the Public University of Navarra's public golf course. An average of 2,000 baskets are used, which translates to approximately 68,000 balls per month. In addition, these facilities have already hosted 80 introductory golf sessions, which involve 4 hours on the course and 2 hours at the Lizaso Pitch & Putt course.
