The Spanish Association of Golf Managers (AEGG) has launched the project “RedGolfMujer AEGG | Stories that Inspire” with the aim of highlighting female talent in golf management and showcasing professional careers that can serve as a reference for other women in the sector.

The series was inaugurated by Paola Ferroni, whose story reflects very well the path of many women who, through preparation, perseverance, resilience and close leadership, are contributing to transforming the golf sector.

The second installment features Beatriz Aseguinolaza Iriondo, manager of the Real Golf Club de Zarauz.

The interview with Beatriz Aseguinolaza reflects a career marked by training, perseverance, approachable leadership, people-centered management, and a deep commitment to service. Her experience provides invaluable insight into the evolving role of women in the management and leadership of golf clubs, as well as the importance of continuing to cultivate visible female role models within the industry.

With this series, the AEGG wants to contribute to promoting the presence of more women in positions of responsibility, giving visibility to the professionals who are already leading clubs and golf courses, as well as helping new generations find real role models to inspire them.

The initiative will continue over the next few months with new interviews with leading women involved in golf management.
