Jorge Vanni from Andalusia won the second qualifying tournament for the 2008 National Pitch & Putt Ranking at La Resina Golf & Country Club (Málaga). The winner completed his round in 57 strokes, one less than Gonzalo Gross de Bethencourt and two less than Pilar Fuentes.

Jorge Vanni, who started as one of the participants with the lowest playing handicap, was the best of the 70 golfers who competed in the tournament on a spring day.

The third of the ten qualifying events scheduled by the RFEG Pitch & Putt Committee will be held on April 13th at the Las Pizarras course in Extremadura. The final event will take place on June 14th in Aldama, Asturias.
