. The fifth program of the season will first air on Wednesday, March 11 at 12:30 pm, and can be viewed at any time through the websites of Teledeporte, RFEG and Holagolf.
The Royal Spanish Golf Federation, together with the Autonomous Federations and the support of the Higher Sports Council through its Women and Sport program, promotes the television program HOLAGOLF, a fifteen-minute magazine that is broadcast weekly on Teledeporte.
The aim of this program is to introduce golf to those unfamiliar with it by highlighting its many benefits, such as health, nature, and physical activity. Additionally, leading figures in the sport collaborate to dispel the prejudices that have historically been associated with this recreational and athletic activity.
This fifth episode of the season premieres on Wednesday, March 11th at 12:30 PM. Presented by journalist Miguel Ángel Barbero and professional golfer Patricia Lobato, it is produced by La Moviola.
Continuing the celebrations for International Women's Day, the program features a special focus on women. Promoter Alicia Garrido explains in an interview how the 2020 season is shaping up for the Santander and LET circuits and her hopes that Spain will host the next Solheim Cup on European soil.
Similarly, Dr. José Antonio García Donaire offers some specific health advice for women, and Patricia Lobato reviews the evolution of golf clubs in our country.
In addition, there is extensive information on Jorge Campillo's victory in Qatar; on the twelfth edition of the Communication Cup, which has already been presented; and a curious report on how golf trophies are made.
Then, in an example of overcoming adversity, Juan Postigo tells Hugo Costa in "Hugolf's Word" about the problems he has had to overcome to return to playing adapted golf.
In addition to the weekly premieres, all HOLAGOLF programs are regularly rebroadcast on Teledeporte and are also available for online viewing at http://www.rtve.es/alacarta/videos/holagolf/, www.holagolf.es and www.rfegolf.es.
