The Royal Spanish Golf Federation, together with the Autonomous Federations and the support of the Higher Sports Council through its Women and Sport program, promotes the television program HOLAGOLF, a fifteen-minute magazine that is reaching its tenth season.

The aim of this program is to introduce golf to those unfamiliar with it by highlighting its many benefits, such as health, nature, and physical activity. Additionally, leading figures in the sport collaborate to dispel the prejudices that have historically been associated with this recreational and athletic activity.

A new stage of Holagolf begins on Teledeporte, where it has established itself as one of the leading spaces for the dissemination of golf in Spain.

The new season brings some changes to the magazine's structure: it will be directed by Nuria Pombo, with Jorge Noguera as the new face of the program, replacing Miguel Ángel Barbero and Patricia Lobato as presenters. Furthermore, Holagolf will now air every two weeks.

Regarding the content of this initial program, in this week's interview, former basketball player Chacho Rodríguez explains how he became hooked on golf after his professional career and what similarities he finds between the two sports.

In "Kiko I Need You," Kiko Luna welcomes Óscar Díaz, former contestant and winner of the game show Pasapalabra, to his masterclass. In this lesson for "brainiacs," the focus will be on improving short game skills.

Then, on Damasgolf, the program features Carlota Ciganda, who reflects on her role as a leading figure in Spanish golf and explains how she renews her enthusiasm to face another season at the highest competitive level.

Finally, in "With Another Accent," journalist Abraham Neme analyzes the growth of amateur golf in Latin America and the increasing relevance of the Latin American Amateur Championship as a platform for development and international projection for new talents.
