The Vizcaya Golf Palacio Urgoiti course, in the town of Munguía, hosts the III National Pitch & Putt Ranking of the year 2024 on June 29 and 30.

Forty-nine golfers attend an event that brings together some of the most decorated in this specialty of golf in recent years.

This is the case of Marcos Rodríguez from the Canary Islands (handicap 0.2), Jesús Casajús from Navarre (0.5), and Marcel Domínguez, also from the Canary Islands (1.6), the three contenders for the final victory who come with the best records in this regard.

As usual, the National Pitch & Putt Rankings are held over three rounds of competition: the first two are played on Saturday and the third on Sunday morning.

Once again, Bodegas Habla is sponsoring the competition, awarding a valuable Magnum to players who achieve a hole-in-one on both days.

Fifth event counting towards the National Ranking

This is the fourth of the six events valid for the 2024 National Pitch & Putt Ranking. The first of them was held at Las Palmeras Golf (Las Palmas de Gran Canaria) with a victory for César Fernández de Caleya.

The second and third were the Spanish Women's Championship – which was played in La Rosaleda (Tenerife) and concluded with a victory for María Velázquez – and the Spanish Men's Championship, in Rio Cabe, with a victory for Prakash Aisa.

Apart from this National Pitch & Putt Qualifying Tournament held at Palacio Urgoiti, there is one more at Masía de las Estrellas (Valencia) on September 7th and 8th.
