The fourth National Pitch & Putt Ranking Tournament of 2025 is being held this weekend, September 20th and 21st, at Las Encinas Golf (Boadilla del Monte, Madrid), where some of the most decorated players in this golf specialty in recent years have traveled.

José María Ortiz de Pinedo from Valladolid, winner this year of the French Open and, with the Aldeamayor team, of the Spanish Interclub Pitch & Putt Championship, leads a participation that also includes names such as Juan Pedro Monjo, Juan Soler, Luis Montero, Noel Calzadilla, José Ángel Pérez or Fernando Mata, all of them golfers with extensive experience.

As has been the custom in recent years, the National Ranking tournaments are held in three rounds: the first two are played on Saturday and the third on Sunday morning.

Once again, Bodegas Habla is sponsoring the competition, awarding a valuable Magnum to players who achieve a hole-in-one on both days.

Fifth event of the National Ranking

The 2025 National Pitch & Putt Ranking consists of six events: the Spanish Individual Championships and the four National Qualifying events.

The Spanish Men's Championship was played last May, with César Crespo taking the victory at the Paderne course in A Coruña. The Women's Championship will take place on October 25th and 26th at Golf Elche. Three National Ranking tournaments have been played to date, with victories for Carlos Vega, César Crespo, and most recently, José María Ortiz de Pinedo himself.
