La Real Federación Española de Golf ha promovido una App para consulta de información en dispositivos móviles, una aplicación que facilita el acceso a los datos más demandados por los federados y aficionados al golf en general, complementando los canales de comunicación ya existentes por parte de este organismo federativo (revistas de papel, web, newsletter, etc).

Esta nueva App de la RFEG, de descarga gratuita en cualquiera de las tiendas virtuales habituales (App Store, Google Play, Blackberry World), está destinada tanto para tabletas como para teléfonos del tipo Smartphone (Iphone, Android y, en breve, Blackberry).

Once the application is downloaded, only the first time it is accessed will a series of data be requested (email, contact phone number, license number) necessary for the personalized information that the user will have access to.

This data will be recorded for later use in queries to the different services without needing to enter it again.

CUATRO GRANDES APARTADOS DE INFORMACIÓN

Las principales funcionalidades de la aplicación se dividen en cuatro grandes apartados: Área del Jugador, Club del Federado, Campos de Golf y Noticias.

Player Area

This section provides access to information related to:

. Reglas de Juego y consejos (archivos PDF con las reglas de juego vigentes y consejos)

. Tarjeta Virtual (elije campo, recorrido, barras e introduce la tarjeta de juego, obteniendo una simulación de mejora de hándicap según los resultados del jugador).

. Activity Record (consult by current year or historical record of matches and cards made by the user)

. Statistics (view game statistics between different dates, including data from official tournaments as well as virtual cards uploaded from the App)

. Handicap (consulta online del hándicap)

Club del Federado

Los submenús del Club del Federado son los siguientes:

. RFEG Sponsors (list of RFEG sponsors with information on their promotions)

. Club del Federado – Ofertas (centenares de acuerdos exclusivos para federados en www.rfegolfclubvip.es)

. Competitions (list of competitions –all, federation, regional, club– with open registrations)

. Registrations (possibility of registering online for a tournament)

. Consultas a la RFEG (posibilidad de realizar consultas directamente a los diferentes departamentos de la RFEG).

Golf Courses

In this section you can make inquiries related to the following functionalities:

. Locate courses (access the course information through a search engine with the filters Autonomous Community, Province, Course Name, Short Holes)

. Favoritos (si se pulsa en “añadir a favorito” en la ficha del campo, quedará registrado en esta sección sin necesidad de realizar de nuevo las búsquedas)

. The club (club description, routes, design, year of construction…)

. How to get there (field geolocation, address and contact information)

. Routes (description of the field routes)

. Virtual Card (you will first be asked to choose the route and the bars to enter the game data)

. Offers (offers advertised by the field)

This section provides access to:

. News (list of news published by the RFEG with direct link to its website)
