Since one of the essential functions of the Royal Spanish Golf Federation is the promotion and development of golf throughout the State, the Technical Rules Committee, in compliance with the powers attributed to it by the Statutes of the RFEG, has agreed to give a TRAINING COURSE ON THE RULES OF GOLF AND COMMITTEE PROCEDURES which will take place from June 9th until the end of November 2025.

Although open to any registered player of legal age, the primary objective of this course will be to provide comprehensive training on the Rules of Golf and Committee Procedures to those who wish to take the exam for the title of National Golf Referee, which will take place on December 12, 2025, and whose call is contained in Circular 39/2025.
