The tournament, to be held from July 16th to 18th on the Navarrese course, is one of the most prestigious events on the national calendar. It will bring together 33 players, ten of them amateurs, and will mark a milestone for both the host club and the Navarre region, which will be hosting the competition for the first time.

The Balearic Islander currently has three victories, tied with Tania Elósegui and Natalia Escuriola. Also competing will be María Hernández from Navarre, a local player and one of the leading figures in Spanish women's golf, as well as her niece Aroa González, who will be making her amateur debut at the Santander Spanish Women's Professional Championship.
