The Provincial Council of Álava, in its School Sports campaign, offers, among other sports, the practice of golf, which in this case takes place on the public course of Izki, with extraordinary acceptance so far.

Not surprisingly, more than 2,500 children will have the opportunity throughout the year to learn about and practice golf in the unbeatable facilities of the Alava golf course.

The managers of Izki Golf have designed a program for children, with each session lasting three hours, in which they receive theoretical explanations about golf, the dimensions of the swing, as well as an exhibition by the Izki golf instructors.

Afterwards, all schoolchildren have the opportunity to practice what has been explained above, both in matters related to the long game and the short game.

The session concludes with a visit by the students to the Izki golf course, where they receive explanations on how to play a hole and other technical aspects.
