1.- Organizing company
La Real Federación Española de Golf, con domicilio social en Calle Arroyo del Monte, 5, 28049 de Madrid, con CIF Q-2878019-E y con dirección de correo electrónico rfegolf@rfegolf.es organiza un concurso denominado “JJOO 2024”.
2.- Purpose and mechanics of the promotion
La Real Federación Española de Golf sortea en esta promoción un fitting en el Centro de Excelencia del Centro Nacional de Golf, un greenfee para dos personas en este mismo campo y un pack de productos RFEG sujeto a disponibilidad.
Para participar en el sorteo es obligatorio seguir las cuentas de Instagram de la RFEG y del Centro Nacional de Golf, dar Me gusta al post y citar a dos cuentas.
3.- Duration and scope
El plazo para participar se cierra a las 23:59 horas del lunes 29 de julio de 2024. Los usuarios que participen fuera del plazo indicado no podrán acceder a los premios.
4.- Requirements to participate
Puede beneficiarse del premio cualquier persona física con 16 años cumplidos el día 29 de julio de 2024.
5. Selection of the winner(s), alternates, communication and delivery
El ganador será designado mediante sorteo realizado el martes 30 de julio a las 11:00 horas al que accederán aquellos que hayan cumplido los requisitos de participación y que se hayan ajustado a la mecánica de la promoción.
The draw will be conducted using the platform https://app-sorteos.com/es/app.
El nombre de los ganadores se anunciará en Stories de Instagram el martes día 30 de julio, permaneciendo el anuncio visible un día entero.
6.- Prize
El sorteo consta de tres premios:
1. Fitting en el Centro de Excelencia del Centro Nacional de Golf
2. Greenfee para dos personas en este mismo campo.
3. Pack de productos RFEG.
7. Reservations and limitations
It will be understood, by way of example but not limitation, that fraud occurs when the alleged use of applications independent of the Website is detected; the abuse of queries to the server and all those behaviors that may appear to be abusive and/or malicious.
The discovery of any of these circumstances during the competition will result in automatic disqualification from the competition as well as the loss of the prize if it has been awarded.
The RFEG is exempt from any responsibility in the event of any error in the data provided by the winners themselves that prevents their identification.
The RFEG reserves the right to take legal action against those who carry out any type of act that could be considered manipulation or falsification of the competition.
The RFEG excludes any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the temporary lack of availability or continuity of the operation of the services through which participation in the promotion takes place, to the frustration of the benefit that users may have attributed to them, and in particular, although not exclusively, to failures in access to the different pages and submissions of participation responses through the Internet.
The Royal Spanish Golf Federation reserves the right to make changes that contribute to the successful completion of the promotion when there is just cause or force majeure that prevents it from being carried out in the manner set out in these rules.
The Royal Spanish Golf Federation reserves the right to postpone or extend the promotion period, as well as the power to interpret these legal terms.
Likewise, the organizing RFEG will be exempt from all liability if any of the aforementioned cases occur, as well as from any liability for damages that may occur during the enjoyment of the prize.

Information retention periods: The identifying data of participants will be kept for the time strictly necessary for the development of the promotion and for the legal periods that may apply.
Legal basis for processing: The legitimacy for the processing of data is the consent given by the participant by participating in the contest and, therefore, by accepting these terms and conditions.
Those interested may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, and restriction or objection by writing to the RFEG at the address indicated above, with the text “exercise of data protection rights”. Those interested have the right to withdraw their consent and to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Spanish Data Protection Agency, www.agpd.es).
