1.- Organizing company

The Royal Spanish Golf Federation, with registered office at Calle Arroyo del Monte, 5, 28049 Madrid, with CIF Q-2878019-E and email address rfegolf@rfegolf.es, is organizing a contest called “15k followers on Instagram 2023”.

2.- Purpose and mechanics of the promotion

The Royal Spanish Golf Federation is raffling off a green fee for two people at the National Golf Centre in this promotion.

To participate in the draw, it is mandatory to comment on the required Instagram post tagging two other Instagram users, follow @rfegolf and @centro_nacional_golf on this social network, like the post and share it in Stories.

3.- Duration and scope

The deadline for participation is 23:59 on Thursday, February 9, 2023. Users who participate outside of the indicated deadline will not be eligible for the prize.

4.- Requirements to participate

The prize is open to any individual aged 16 or older as of February 15, 2023.

5. Selection of the winner(s), alternates, communication and delivery

The winner will be designated by means of a draw held on Friday, February 10th at 11:00 am, which will be open to those who have participated correctly in the promotion.

The draw will be conducted using the platform https://app-sorteos.com/es/app.

The winner's name will be announced on Instagram Stories on Friday, February 10th, and the announcement will remain visible for a full day.

If the winner cannot be contacted within two months, the promotion will be declared void.

6.- Prize

The prize for the winner is a green fee for two people at the National Golf Centre to be used from Monday to Friday in the next six months starting from Wednesday, February 15, 2023, always subject to availability at the National Golf Centre.

7. Reservations and limitations

It will be understood, by way of example but not limitation, that fraud occurs when the alleged use of applications independent of the Website is detected; the abuse of queries to the server and all those behaviors that may appear to be abusive and/or malicious.

The discovery of any of these circumstances during the competition will result in automatic disqualification from the competition as well as the loss of the prize if it has been awarded.

The RFEG is exempt from any responsibility in the event of any error in the data provided by the winners themselves that prevents their identification.

The RFEG reserves the right to take legal action against those who carry out any type of act that could be considered manipulation or falsification of the competition.

The RFEG excludes any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the temporary lack of availability or continuity of the operation of the services through which participation in the promotion takes place, to the frustration of the benefit that users may have attributed to them, and in particular, although not exclusively, to failures in access to the different pages and submissions of participation responses through the Internet.

The Royal Spanish Golf Federation reserves the right to make changes that contribute to the successful completion of the promotion when there is just cause or force majeure that prevents it from being carried out in the manner set out in these rules.

The Royal Spanish Golf Federation reserves the right to postpone or extend the promotion period, as well as the power to interpret these legal terms.

Likewise, the organizing RFEG will be exempt from all liability if any of the aforementioned cases occur, as well as from any liability for damages that may occur during the enjoyment of the prize.

Purpose of processing: Management of participation in the “15k Instagram followers 2023” promotion. Selection of the winner and publication of their username on the organizer's profiles, other websites, and other media.

Information retention periods: The identifying data of participants will be kept for the time strictly necessary for the development of the promotion and for the legal periods that may apply.

Legal basis for processing: The legitimacy for the processing of data is the consent given by the participant by participating in the contest and, therefore, by accepting these terms and conditions.

Those interested may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, and restriction or objection by writing to the RFEG at the address indicated above, with the text “exercise of data protection rights”. Those interested have the right to withdraw their consent and to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Spanish Data Protection Agency, www.agpd.es).
