The MADRID GOLF FEDERATION is a private, non-profit entity that holds the exclusive official representation of the sport of golf and the specialty of pitch & putt in the territory of the Community of Madrid for public purposes.

Furthermore, it is a public utility entity, in accordance with the provisions of article 1.5 of Decree 159/1996, and in addition to its own powers it exercises, by delegation, public functions of an administrative nature, acting in this case as a collaborating agent of the Public Administration.

As an entity whose purpose is the practice and promotion of the sport of golf, it will attend to the development of its sporting disciplines in accordance with the regulations of the Community of Madrid and those of the national and international sports organizations that govern said sport.
