It is situated within an oak forest, typical vegetation of northern Madrid. With splendid views of the Sierra de Madrid mountains, it also has abundant pine trees that were planted after its construction.
It's a high-quality course that has hosted the PGA Open of Spain on several occasions. The course features significant elevation changes, but its fairways are wide and the greens are quite large and well-protected. With its 59 bunkers, it's considered one of the best courses in Madrid.
