Lanzarote Golf

Lanzarote Golf is a new golf course on the island of Lanzarote, located between Puerto del Carmen and Tías, 5 minutes from the main hotels in the beach area and Puerto Calero, and 10 minutes from the airport.
It is an 18-hole, par 72 golf course, 6133 meters long. All but two holes have four tee boxes. It has four par 3s, four par 5s, and ten par 4s. The course is designed so that any player, regardless of handicap, can enjoy the game.

Respect for the environment is evident not only in the design but also in the farming practices. The irrigation water is 100% purified water, and the plants sown in the fields are primarily native varieties.

The course was designed by renowned American designer Ron Kirby. The original terrain and typical Lanzarote landscape, with its rolling hills and ancient stone walls, have been preserved as much as possible. Its location in the upper part of Puerto del Carmen offers players spectacular views across the Atlantic Ocean, stretching from Arrecife to Fuerteventura and Lobos.

Thanks to the extraordinary climate enjoyed in the Canary Islands, golf can be played year-round in spring-like temperatures. This makes the sport so attractive to tourists from central and northern Europe who can only play golf in the summer.
