The El Espinar Golf Club was founded in 1990.
It is the first rustic course approved by the RFEG, after which, in the shadow of ours, the rest of the rustic courses in Spain began to be approved, which we are delighted about.
The course, rustic without artificial irrigation, is totally ecological and the greens are carpeted, has nine holes, with different tee boxes on several holes, and is located on private land in the Cañadas Hondas area, about eight kilometers from the town of El Espinar on the SG 500 road that connects the aforementioned town with Ávila.
During the summer, the Club offers a free weekend school for children up to 16 years old, providing free clubs and a bus service to pick them up from the course at the Town Hall square.
