The Las Américas golf course is located practically adjacent to the urban area of the tourist enclaves of Playa de las Américas and Los Cristianos, which have the best beaches in Tenerife.
The 18-hole course boasts the appeal of a gentle amphitheater setting overlooking Playa de las Américas and the sea, sheltered from the wind by the surrounding hills. The course, with its rolling topography and varied layout, is a par 72, with a total length of 6,039 meters (3,079 + 2,960).
Among other attractions, it offers a network of water channels, creating a pleasant environmental effect. Next to the clubhouse, in a prominent location, are the driving range, as well as tees 1 and 10 and greens 9 and 18. On the right side of the 2nd hole are the remains of aboriginal huts from the Guanche culture. Among the trees and flora adjacent to the course are various palm trees and dragon trees.
The total area of the field and the complementary urbanization, which has a varied type of tourist accommodation, is 90 hectares
