Talayuela Golf Association

The Talayuela golf association is a sports entity that brings together the players who regularly play on the Talayuela golf public course.

Talayuela Golf is the first public golf course in Extremadura. Designed by Severiano Ballesteros, it opened in 2005. Nestled in a holm oak and oak woodland, it blends seamlessly into the natural landscape, respecting the traditional environment of the Extremadura dehesa. Located on the left bank of the Tiétar River, it boasts spectacular views of the Sierra de Gredos mountain range. An enviable setting, hard to beat, for playing golf.

The 18-hole course is 6,495 meters long. It is characterized by its large greens, over 12,000 square meters, and by the water hazards, which undoubtedly present a great challenge for players of all levels. The practice area has a 5.5-hectare, 320-meter-long driving range with capacity for 30 players, a putting green, and a pitching green.
