Greetings from the President
Dear members, after our first foray into the world of the Internet, through our website of the Golf Federation of Castilla y León and with the aim of continuing to evolve, we have prepared a new format for it, which we consider more selective and rational and with which we hope you can access more easily the sections that really interest players.
We naturally want to continue working on its constant improvement and updating, for which your collaboration and that of the Clubs will be very important. We need your help in providing us with the most relevant news, tournaments, results, photographs, etc., for publication, so that we can all stay informed about what's happening in the world of golf in our region. We wanted to retain some of the most positive aspects of the previous format, and with these, along with your suggestions, which I formally invite you to make, I believe we can make this tool truly useful for everyone, turning it into a common meeting point for all golf lovers in our Autonomous Community.

The MADRID GOLF FEDERATION is a private, non-profit entity that holds the exclusive official representation of the sport of golf and the specialty of pitch & putt in the territory of the Community of Madrid for public purposes.
Furthermore, it is a public utility entity, in accordance with the provisions of article 1.5 of Decree 159/1996, and in addition to its own powers it exercises, by delegation, public functions of an administrative nature, acting in this case as a collaborating agent of the Public Administration.
As an entity whose purpose is the practice and promotion of the sport of golf, it will attend to the development of its sporting disciplines in accordance with the regulations of the Community of Madrid and those of the national and international sports organizations that govern said sport.
