In compliance with the resolution issued by the Spanish Sports Disciplinary Committee on June 27, 2011, which partially upheld the appeal filed by the members of the Competition Committee of the Royal Aero Club of Vigo between April 18 and June 1, 2010, and which reduced the classification of the conduct in the sanction imposed by the Sports Disciplinary Committee of this RFEG by agreement of February 15 of this year, from a very serious infraction to a serious infraction as defined in section q) of article 94 of the Statutes of this National Federation, this notice will be published for 15 calendar days on the notice boards of:

– The Galician Golf Federation – as this is the Autonomous Federation corresponding to the club where the infraction occurred –,

– Royal Aero Club of Vigo – as this is the club where the infraction occurred – and,

– The Royal Spanish Golf Federation, in addition to its website.

The aforementioned resolution of the Spanish Sports Disciplinary Committee is final and puts an end to the administrative process.
