The Spanish Association of Golf Managers (AEGG) has launched the series “Inspiring Stories” with the aim of highlighting leading women in golf management and showcasing professional careers that can inspire new generations.

The first protagonist is Paola Ferroni, whose story reflects very well the path of many women who, through preparation, perseverance, resilience and close leadership, are contributing to transforming the golf sector.

The AEGG believes that this initiative is necessary to continue promoting female talent, equal opportunities and the presence of more women in positions of responsibility within the Spanish golf sector.
