Fifty-seven golfers are competing this weekend in the fourth and penultimate event of the 2026 National Pitch & Putt Ranking at the Paderne Golf Club (A Coruña). Only the Spanish Women's Championship will remain to be contested after this event.

Among the participants are the current Spanish Doubles champions, the Galicians Hugo Carro and Antón Pérez - who comes from a third place in the Italian Open of Pitch & Putt - or the winner of the first of the ranking tournaments, also from Galicia, Marcos Gómez.

As has been the norm in recent years, the tournaments that count towards the National Ranking are held in three rounds: the first two are played on Saturday and the third on Sunday morning.

And as usual, Bodegas Habla is sponsoring the competition, giving away a valuable Magnum to players who achieve a hole-in-one on both days.

Five events make up the National Ranking

The 2026 National Pitch & Putt Ranking consists of five events: the Spanish Individual Championships and the three National Zonal Qualifying Tournaments. The Men's Spanish Championship was won by José María Ortiz de Pinedo, while the Women's Championship will be played on October 24th and 25th at JAS Colmenar Golf (Madrid).

The first National Zonal qualifying event, played at Bil Bil Golf (Malaga), concluded with a victory for Marcos Gómez, while the second, the Castilla y León Pitch & Putt Cup, was played at Golf Sotoverde (Valladolid) with a victory for José María Ortiz de Pinedo himself.
