The golf course at the Public University of Navarra, which has served since its first inauguration as a breeding ground for new golfers and an open promotion of this sport, has reopened its doors after carrying out an ambitious renovation.

Managed directly by the Navarre Golf Federation, the Public University of Navarre's golf course has changed its design and agronomic orientation in a project in which the Royal Spanish Golf Federation has actively participated, providing the facility with a series of short holes to encourage sports practice.

Not surprisingly, Navarra Golf, the new name of the facility, has been conceived as a sustainable, accessible and modern place, adapted to the current needs of beginner and training golf.

Special mention should be made of the recent visit of a delegation from the Aragonese federation with the aim of learning the details of this ambitious project and establishing synergies with Arcosur, also an example of a golf facility with recognized success since its opening, which combines a children's school, adult training, social programs and technical development, consolidating itself as another benchmark in the accessibility and modernization of golf in Spain.

 
Manuel Urra, president of the Navarra Golf Federation, and Yolanda Bernal, its manager, acted as hosts for this visit in which the philosophy of Navarra Golf was explained, aimed at bringing this sport closer to new audiences and strengthening the promotion of golf in the Foral Community.
