From July 15th, Out of Competition Results will be allowed without restrictions as established by the World Handicap System.

For the time being, the procedure remains as follows:

-The player must notify the club of his intention to submit an RFC.

-The club will inform the player if the field is in suitable condition to be presented.

-Once the round is completed, the card will be handed over to the club, duly signed by the player and a scorer.

-the club will process it using its competition software

Work is underway to allow RFCs to be submitted directly by the player (with prior authorization from the club) using an electronic card.

This change to the RFCs could have a significant impact on some players' handicaps. Therefore, a series of mechanisms and controls will soon be implemented to assist Competition Committees, particularly in rejecting the registration of any player who does not meet these requirements.

These controls will be established by the club and the RFEG will provide the data and parameters for the Committee to make the decision.

Finally, we remind Competition Committees that they can adapt their already published competition regulations to suit the new situation with the RFCs.
