1.- Organizing company

The Royal Spanish Golf Federation, with registered office at Calle Arroyo del Monte, 5, 28049 Madrid, with CIF Q-2878019-E and email address rfegolf@rfegolf.es, is organizing a contest called “30K Draw”.

2.- Purpose and mechanics of the promotion

The Royal Spanish Golf Federation is raffling off in this promotion a private lesson with the teacher Jaime de Benito, a fitting at the National Golf Centre and a green fee for two people at the National Golf Centre.

To participate in the draw, it is mandatory to follow the RFEG Instagram account, like the post and mention two other profiles.

3.- Duration and scope

The deadline to participate is 11:59 p.m. on Monday, March 17, 2025. Users who comment on the post outside of the indicated deadline will not be eligible for the prizes.

4.- Requirements to participate

The prize is open to any individual who is 16 years old on March 17, 2025.

5. Selection of the winner(s), alternates, communication and delivery

The three winners, one for each prize, will be designated by a draw held on Tuesday, March 18 at 12:00 pm, which will be open to those who have met the participation requirements and who have complied with the mechanics of the promotion.

The draw will be conducted using the Easypromos platform.

The winners' names will be announced on Instagram Stories on Tuesday, March 18th, and the announcement will remain visible for a full day.

6.- Prize

There are three prizes mentioned above. The winner of the draw will receive a private lesson with Professor Jaime de Benito; the runner-up will receive a golf fitting at the National Golf Centre; and the third-place winner will receive a weekday green fee for two at the National Golf Centre.

7. Reservations and limitations

It will be understood, by way of example but not limitation, that fraud occurs when the alleged use of applications independent of the Website is detected; the abuse of queries to the server and all those behaviors that may appear to be abusive and/or malicious.

The discovery of any of these circumstances during the competition will result in automatic disqualification from the competition as well as the loss of the prize if it has been awarded.

The RFEG is exempt from any responsibility in the event of any error in the data provided by the winners themselves that prevents their identification.

The RFEG reserves the right to take legal action against those who carry out any type of act that could be considered manipulation or falsification of the competition.

The RFEG excludes any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the temporary lack of availability or continuity of the operation of the services through which participation in the promotion takes place, to the frustration of the benefit that users may have attributed to them, and in particular, although not exclusively, to failures in access to the different pages and submissions of participation responses through the Internet.

The Royal Spanish Golf Federation reserves the right to make changes that contribute to the successful completion of the promotion when there is just cause or force majeure that prevents it from being carried out in the manner set out in these rules.

The Royal Spanish Golf Federation reserves the right to postpone or extend the promotion period, as well as the power to interpret these legal terms.

Likewise, the organizing RFEG will be exempt from all liability if any of the aforementioned cases occur, as well as from any liability for damages that may occur during the enjoyment of the prize.

8. Data Processing

Purpose of processing: Management of participation in the “Andalucía Open de España Femenino Costa del Sol 2023” promotion. Selection of the winner and publication of their name (username) on the organizer's profiles, other websites, and other media.

Information retention periods: The identifying data of participants will be kept for the time strictly necessary for the development of the promotion and for the legal periods that may apply.

Legal basis for processing: The legitimacy for the processing of data is the consent given by the participant by participating in the contest and, therefore, by accepting these terms and conditions.

Those interested may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, and restriction or objection by writing to the RFEG at the address indicated above, with the text “exercise of data protection rights”. Those interested have the right to withdraw their consent and to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Spanish Data Protection Agency, www.agpd.es).
