The Alcázar de San Juan City Council hosted the presentation of the Spanish Interclub Pitch & Putt Championship, which will take place at the Abedul Golf facilities on September 14 and 15.

The event was presided over by José Javier Ortega, First Deputy Mayor and President of the Municipal Sports Institute, accompanied for the occasion, among other personalities, by Carlos Gutiérrez, President of the Castilla La Mancha Golf Federation, and Jesús Barrera, President of the Pitch & Putt Committee of the Royal Spanish Golf Federation.

Everyone present praised the importance of holding this tournament at the Abedul Golf course to showcase the town of Alcázar to the entire Spanish golf community.

The competition will feature the participation of fourteen teams, six of them from Castilla-La Mancha: Golf Ciudad Real, Las Pinaíllas, Torrijos Golf, Club de Golf Guadalajara, Hidalgo Golf and the Municipal Golf School of Alcázar de San Juan.
