As a result of the modification of Rule 25 of the Rules of Golf, golfers with special abilities who participate in competitions whose conditions do not allow the use of buggies or motorcycles (motorized transport) will be authorized to use them provided they prove to the Tournament Director or the Competition Committee that they are in possession of the Medical Pass issued by the EDGA in which the need to play in a buggy is expressly indicated.
