By providing the RFEG with their personal data through electronic forms and, where applicable, by ticking the corresponding acceptance box, the User expressly consents to the RFEG processing such data under the terms of this Privacy and Data Protection Policy clause and for the purposes stated herein.
The RFEG informs users of this website that their personal data will only be collected and processed when it is adequate, relevant, and not excessive in relation to the scope and the specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes for which it was obtained. It will be deleted when it is no longer necessary or relevant for said purpose, or when the data subject requests its deletion in the exercise of their right to erasure.

The user will be solely responsible for the accuracy of the data provided to the RFEG.

The RFEG manages its server environment appropriately, maintaining a strict firewall infrastructure. The RFEG continuously uses current technologies to ensure that the confidentiality and privacy of information is not compromised. To this end, the necessary technical and organizational measures are adopted to guarantee the security of the personal data contained therein and to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing, or access, taking into account the state of the art, the nature of the data, and the risks to which it is exposed.
Any changes made to the Privacy Policy and information management practices will be reflected in a timely manner, and the RFEG may add to, modify, or delete said Privacy Policy when it deems necessary.
In any case, the RFEG will not modify policies or practices to make them less effective in protecting the personal data of our users previously stored.
