Based on experience gained in competitions held on courses of less than 2,700 meters, the RFEG Course Committee, in collaboration with the Pitch & Putt Committee, has agreed to modify the rating system for Short Courses.

During the first half of January 2008, the USGA Short Course rating system will be applied to the rating system for courses over 2,700 meters, which previously announced that this system can be applied to par 3 and Pitch & Putt courses.

Therefore, the new assessments will be resent to the affected fields in the coming weeks.
