The Rules of Golf implemented in 2019 represented a significant change beyond a one-off modification, so the Rules Committee of the Royal Spanish Golf Federation is available to all members to resolve any doubts about it, in this case in relation to a situation that is more common than it seems: There is no penalty for moving the ball on the green.
Over the next few weeks, a series of videos will be released to provide a better understanding of the Rules of Golf. This second video joins the one about the ball being moved during its search.
As always, the RFEG Rules Committee is available to members and clubs to clarify any doubts that may arise via email. comitereglas@rfegolf.es
