El Centro Nacional de Golf de Madrid es el marco de una jornada festiva pensada para promocionar la competición en el deporte del golf en un ambiente de gran participación, cortesía y deportividad.
Andalusia, Aragon, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Cantabria, Castilla-La Mancha, Castilla y León, Catalonia, Community of Madrid, Chartered Community of Navarre, Valencian Community, Extremadura, Galicia, Basque Country, Principality of Asturias, Region of Murcia and La Rioja have representation in the popular Madrid route.
The competition sees the return of the new team classification introduced last year, which is based on the four best scores. In 2025, the Castile and León team led this category with 108 points.
It's important to remember that to participate in the Circuit, a player's EGA handicap must be in Category 5 (handicaps between 26.5 and 36.0) at the time of their first event. For subsequent events, each player's handicap is the one they hold at the time of the event.
Enjoying golf since 2018
The creation of this circuit in 2018 allows players to compete in tournaments at all participating clubs, in addition to a regional final, whose winners have now met in the National Grand Final. The competition takes place from the forward rails (usually red), with the aim of making the game more enjoyable and facilitating the introduction of new players to competitive play.
The 2026 National Golf Circuit for 5th Category players has been open to all 5th Category players who wished to participate through exclusive competitions held at different clubs, with the sole obligation of holding a valid handicap license and complying with the conditions established by the organizing club.
