Marbella Golf Club

The Andalusian golf scene expands with this spectacular course nestled at the foot of the Benahavís mountains. Designed by the prestigious architect Dave Thomas, creator of courses such as The Belfry in England, the course winds through pines, cork oaks, gall oaks, and other native trees and shrubs.
It boasts unbeatable views of the sea - on clear days you can see the African coast - and of the mountains.

The variety of holes will force players to use every club in their bag.

It is a very technical course, which requires precise shots, especially on the 12th hole, a par 4 with an uphill dogleg where the second shot should not deviate to the left, as there is a large lake in this area.

The green is also very large and not very difficult. The end of the course is truly spectacular.

The 18th hole has an elevated tee. You have to think carefully about your first shot here, since there are two cork oak trees on the fairway, one to the right and one to the left.

70 meters from the green we find a huge holm oak, over 150 years old, which can make reaching the green very difficult.

Guests of the Puente Romano and Marbella Club hotels enjoy special prices and priority in this area.
