It's an 18-hole, par-72 desert-style course. Saurines is Jack Nicklaus's grand challenge: to combine two unique and contrasting golfing experiences in one course. Its links-style layout, typical of Scotland, is set against an Arizona landscape. Playing Saurines is almost like experiencing the British Open in a setting reminiscent of the Phoenix Open. The sculpted fairways and greens, along with dunes and gentle hills, and the 70,000+ square meter lake, all maintained to an exquisite standard, make Saurines a truly unique golfing experience in Europe.
