Alenda Golf Club is located very close to the Sierra de las Águilas mountain range, overlooking the sea, which provides a pleasant climate. It is an 18-hole course with a gentle, undulating, and varied layout. It is great fun for all skill levels, requiring the use of all clubs.
It's quite quick to play, as the holes are very well linked together and the walks from green to tee are short.
The first nine holes are of medium length and favor the accurate player more than the power hitter. The holes are easy to play, and the fairways are notably wide, which helps with tee shots.
The last nine holes require greater concentration, as it's a technical course where precision is more important than distance. Holes 16 and 18 are particularly challenging, as they will determine the final score…
The greens give the course a very peculiar character, as their slopes allow for a wide variety of pin positions and demand good visualization of the putting line combined with a fine touch to be successful!
