Surrounded by a beautiful pine forest and a wonderful view of the coastline, hcp-1 enjoys a privileged location and the exceptional microclimate of the Maresme.
The 18 par 3 holes average 85 meters, with the longest reaching almost 120 meters and the shortest 62 meters. All holes have two tee boxes. The first 9 holes of the course are easier and shorter.
The second nine is much more tempting, with 5 water holes and tee boxes lined with trees that demand precise shots. The course has a total of 19 bunkers and 3 artificial lakes. The course construction has been meticulously overseen by management, refining the sand bunkers and adding grass bunkers, correcting some green profiles, and strategically placing trees and shrubs to prevent ball damage and to beautify the course with carob, oak, and pine trees, among others.
The golf school has a practice tee, covered with 16 spacious indoor driving positions and another 10 outdoors for practicing short and precision shots. The designer Ramón Espinosa carried out the initial design of the entire property, placing the practice profile, the putting green and approach area and, of course, the profile of the 18 holes.
